Dear Families,
 
                Enrollment for the 2019-2020 season is underway! As my first year as Principal of the Saint Elizabeth community comes to an end, I am humbled by the love and support I’ve received from our families and excited to continue to grow our school next year! For over 80 years our school has served the Washington Heights community and provided a rigorous education rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ for our families.
 
                I am excited to announce a number of exciting programs coming you our school next year! We are continuing to invest in or building, finishing with our roof restoration finishing up early this summer. In classrooms we are expanding out foreign language to provide Spanish to all grades, launching an innovative guided reading program for our early elementary school, providing a laptop for every student in Kindergarten through 8 ^th grades and working to make sure we raise the academic bar for all our students!
 
                Next year we are continuing to grow our after-school and extracurricular programs as well. We are excited to add cross county, robotics and a drama club to our list of exciting clubs! In May we will induct our first class of National Honor Society Members and continue to partner with this national organization to serve our community.
 
                With your hard work and support this year, we have seen 100% of our 8 ^th grade class accept a position to one of his or her top choice high schools. Our enrollment numbers are looking stronger too, as the number of families choosing our school is up nearly 20% from this time last year! Thank you to the over 100 families and 207 students that have already registered for school next year!
 
                As we prepare for another amazing year in the fall, a want to share a few important enrollment deadlines with each of you! The deadline for Financial Aid Applications is April 15^th 2019. We are grateful for the sacrifices our families make to send their children to our school, and want to assure you each receive all the financial aid and scholarships you deserve! This date is fast approaching, so enroll for next year today! Drop by the office, and our team will help in any way they can!
